Community Conference Room

Our Community Conference Room is a complimentary, professional meeting space available to local small businesses and nonprofit organizations in the Flathead Valley. The conference table seats 8 people, with up to 4 additional chairs available upon request (please note the room becomes more compact at full capacity).

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a 65-inch display with screen mirroring connectivity for presentations, a 5' x 3' wall-mounted whiteboard, and access to restroom and kitchen.   The space is well-suited for board meetings, strategy sessions, client presentations, workshops, and training events.

Once booked, you will receive a tentative confirmation with door codes, terms, and specifics.

We’re glad to make this space available to support collaboration, planning, training, and other professional gatherings that strengthen our local business  and non-profit community.

The room may be reserved through our online calendar and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The Conference Room is provided at no cost to qualifying small businesses and nonprofit organizations, subject to availability and approval.
   
• Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee use. Montana Commercial Advisors reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to approve, deny, modify, condition, or cancel any reservation at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
   
• Use of the Conference Room does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval of any organization’s mission, activities, views, products, or services.
   
• The reserving party is responsible for the conduct of all attendees and guests, and for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning resulting from use of the space.
   
• The Conference Room must be left in clean condition and in the same configuration as found, with all personal property removed at the conclusion of the reservation period.
   
• Montana Commercial Advisors assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
   
• Use of the Conference Room is at the sole risk of the reserving party and its attendees. Montana Commercial Advisors, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, demand, action, or expense arising out of or related to use of the Conference Room or the premises.
   
• By reserving or using the Conference Room, the reserving party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Montana Commercial Advisors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the reserving party’s use of the space.
